Buyers can request a refund within the allowed period by contacting Native Tailors Support or submitting a dispute directly through their account dashboard. Each case is carefully reviewed by our resolution team to ensure fair judgment and smooth communication between both parties.
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment once the issue is verified and approved. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
If a dispute arises, we encourage calm communication. Our mediation team may request additional proof, such as order details, delivery receipts, or product images, to reach a fair resolution. Native Tailors’ goal is to protect both our customers and our creators while maintaining integrity and satisfaction for everyone involved.
