We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your order. Orders can be canceled before they enter the production or processing stage.
To cancel an order, log in to your Native Tailors account, navigate to your Order History, select the order, and click Cancel.
For custom-made or already-tailored outfits, cancellation requests may not be possible once production has begun. However, our support team will review each case carefully to find the best solution — including possible adjustments or credit options.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation, using your original payment method. We’re here to make the process stress-free and transparent from start to finish.
