If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within the specified return window, typically within 7 to 14 days of receiving your order, depending on the product type.
To initiate a return, log in to your Native Tailors account, go to Order History, and select the order you wish to return. Follow the guided steps to complete your request.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please ensure that accessories and custom-made outfits are returned in the same condition they were received. For hygiene and production reasons, customized or tailored items may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed defect or damage.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. We recommend keeping your return tracking receipt for confirmation and proof of shipment.
